Armin Pohl will be speaking at the 11th Media Symposium at the Stuttgart Town Hall on December 12 where he is holding a keynote speech regarding “Virtual is real – how worlds of digital imagery change our concept of reality”.
The motto of the 11th Media Symposium, held by the Centre for Media Management from the Dual University Baden-Württemberg, is “From fake news to echo chamber – The Google I, the Facebook I.” In a series of lectures, renowned speakers will discuss opinion formation in the age of diverse communication channels. How do classical media and social media influence opinion formation? Which images can we still trust today? Does emotional communication from the new media robots exist and how will bots influence the future of communication?
